Exciting news! UnitedHealthcare Medicaid members 18 years of age and older may join the YMCA at no cost to them though One Pass™!

YMCAs in North Carolina are collaborating with One Pass™ and the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of North Carolina to provide Y membership to eligible Medicaid members because we’re dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people in our community and across the state. 

When you join the Y, you’ll discover new ways to connect with your potential, purpose and community. No matter where you are on your journey, the Y is where you can be, belong and become. 

Eligible members also may enroll up to five family members from the same household on their Y membership, in accordance with local North Carolina YMCA association family/household membership policies.

How to Join the Y

• Eligible One Pass™ members can go to www.youronepass.com to generate a One Pass™ member code for Y membership; if adding additional family members, the primary One Pass™ account holder can add the family members in their One Pass™ portal or by calling the member support number found on the member’s health plan member ID card.
   
• Each family member will be provided with their own, unique One Pass member code. To enroll in a Y family membership, UnitedHealthcare Medicaid primary One Pass™ members will bring their One Pass™ member code and all the family members’ One Pass™ member codes to the Y.
